Tvarus Global: software platform for cross-border patient care
Tvarus Global builds and operates a multi-portal software platform for international
patients who travel to India for treatment. Everyone involved in a case works on one
shared case record, each in their own portal, and sees only what their role allows.
A portal for each role
-
Patients and families: compare published hospital profiles, send one
enquiry to several hospitals, compare the quotes they issue, join video consultations,
and keep documents, visa and travel in one place. The patient site runs in 11 languages.
-
Hospitals: a portal for international patient desks, with incoming case
requests, a review workflow, quotes the hospital issues itself, and the hospital's own
public profile.
-
Care coordinators: a case console that follows each patient from first
enquiry to follow-up at home.
- Facilitators: refer patients and follow the cases they referred.
-
Embassies: a read-only view of their own country's citizens who
consented to share: journey stage, city, visa validity and treating hospital. Never
medical records, and every access is recorded.
How the software works
-
Access is checked on the server on every request, and each role sees only what it needs.
- Sensitive actions leave an audit record.
-
Estimates stay labelled as estimates. Only the hospital's own quote binds, and the
patient makes the final choice.
How Tvarus is paid
Patients pay one flat consultation fee through the platform when they send their enquiry
to the hospitals they choose. Treatment is quoted by the hospital and paid to the
hospital, not to Tvarus.
