Participation Overview
A listing is not affiliation. We label what each item is so no flag, logo or link reads as an endorsement.

Hospital participation
A hospital must complete controlled onboarding before it can receive a patient review request. Published facts remain source-attributed and Tvarus does not rank hospitals.

Mission participation
A mission is treated as participating only after separate evidence, agreement and activation controls. Appearing in the public MEA directory alone does not imply a Tvarus relationship.

Consent-based access
A mission sees only its own country’s citizens who consented to share, and only a basic profile: journey stage, city, treating hospital and visa validity. It is read-only, never includes medical records or documents, and every access is recorded. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
