We ask for the minimum
We collect only what is needed to coordinate your care — and no medical records at all just to start an enquiry.
Trust & safety
Medical travel means sharing sensitive things — records, passports, visas, payments. Here is how the platform is built to protect them, in plain terms.
Our commitments
We collect only what is needed to coordinate your care — and no medical records at all just to start an enquiry.
Your details never appear on this public site and are shared only with the people coordinating your specific case.
You control your information and your decisions throughout, and you can ask us about the data we hold.
How we protect your data
Not promises for later. This is how it works today.
Every request and every record is authorized on the server. People see only what their role and your case allow — nothing is unlocked by hiding a button.
Documents are never public. They are scanned, kept private, and reachable only through short-lived, single-purpose links — never a permanent URL.
You decide what you share and when, and you can withdraw consent. Personalization on this public site is off until you choose it, and stays in your browser.
Visa and travel status shown to you is informational only — never a decision by Tvarus. Sensitive actions are logged so there is an accountable record.
If you consent, your own country’s embassy can see a basic profile of your journey: its stage, your city, your treating hospital and your visa validity. It is read-only, never includes health information, and every view is recorded. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How hospitals join
Onboarding is a controlled, human process — never a self-serve sign-up.
We talk with the hospital’s international patient desk to understand its specialties and capacity.
The profile the hospital authors is reviewed before anything is published, and each stated fact carries its source.
Going live is a reviewed operations step. A hospital cannot switch itself on.
Published hospitals are listed, not scored — the platform does not recommend one over another.
