Being listed means a patient can find you and contact you directly. It is worth being precise about what that does and does not include.
- Found where patients lookYour name, what you offer and how to reach you, in the directory a patient reads while planning their treatment travel.
- In your own wordsListings carry what you tell us. We publish it as your statement, attributed to you, and never restate it as our own finding.
- Contacted directlyA patient uses your published contact details and speaks to you. Tvarus is not in that conversation and never acts for either side.
- Kept currentDetails change. Tell us and we update the entry, or we remove it — a listing nobody maintains is worse than none.
Our Collaboration Model
- 01You get in touchTell us who you are, where you operate and what you offer. A short message is enough to start.
- 02We confirm the detailsWe check that we have understood your service correctly and that your contact details are the ones you want published.
- 03The entry goes liveOur operations team creates and publishes the listing. It appears in the directory with your details and the standing note about what a listing means.
- 04You keep it accurateSend us a change whenever something changes. You can also ask us to take the entry down at any time, for any reason.
Join the Tvarus Global Partner Network
Tvarus coordinates a patient’s treatment journey. It does not take orders, hold inventory, handle money for a partner service, or act as an agent for either side. Whatever a patient arranges with you is between the two of you.
